LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam), known for the well organized militancy in SriLanka and a strong opposition to SriLankan army was in very endangered situation at present. As the Srilankan army was advancing into their occupied territory they were in defence to protect themselves at any cost. The immediate rescue for them as they see was the support from the strongest country in south Asia, none other than India. The base for their intentions were that India has Tamilnadu and also that it is their immediate neighbor for any tactical operations if supported, Tamils being common among both countries, LTTE tends to ignite some kind of political flame in support for them. Not only for LTTE it is modus operandi for any militant organization. A political party with their leader well known for his infamous statements of Lord Rama, is a hard supporter of LTTE’s cause in Srilanka. Threatening Government of India to change their stand on LTTE some political outfits organized some rallies and protests against Srilankan army. Here comes the point. Whom are they supporting Tamils in Srilanka or the LTTE, a terror organization. If it was their support to safety of Tamils(not LTTE) and peace process in Srilanka it is very much appreciated. But in the mask of supporting Tamils some even tend to portray Prabhakaran (leader of LTTE) as a freedom fighter. Should we feel its the same thing when Pakistan is yelling all over the world that terrorists were Kashmiri freedom fighters for independent statehood. Why a wrong in Kashmir would become a right in Srilanka (at least to bunch of vote centered politicians)?
Terrorism in any form and for any cause is unacceptable and should be condemned. Can the same people who talk in support of LTTE support the Kashmiri terrorists(northern terror) ? Can they sync their voice for the support of BODO’s (north-eastern terror)? Can they rally in support for the communal terror? Not only the politicians in Tamilnadu. How about the politicians in Andhra Pradesh(AP) and in whole India for that sake. AP is suffering from internal militancy, the Maoists. But at the time of elections almost every political party is inclined to them and they even go to the extent of saying Maoists and their party share the same goals. When top leaders of Maoist party was surrounded by greyhounds (special force to tackle Maoists) couple of years back, pressure raised from the so called Citizen rights organizations to let them free.
Who the hell are they supporting to? The ones who killed a great promising leader of India in a suicide attack, and still deploy suicide attacks on innocent people or the ones who kill normal police constables to sincere working employees and political leaders in the rural spots of AP, and have no respect and belief in democracy in Chhattisgarh and other states ? or the ones who brutally kill innocent people walking on streets? within whomever in these category are supported, its the support for violence and bloodshed, it is the encouragement that is given to cause more damage and further prevent peace in future.
